The Whipper Inn is a large three bedroom farmhouse located in Catlett, Virginia. The home has been a fox hunting destination for over forty years. Currently hunted by Warrenton Hunt the farm is an oasis for equestrians. The Inn caters to parties of up to six and stalls for up to four horses.

How the name came about: Hally Woodbury dedicated her life to the land, the hounds, and the horses she so passionately loved. As a whipper-in with the Casanova Hunt, she embodied the spirit of the chase, graceful, fearless, and unwavering in her devotion to the sport and its traditions. Her farm was always a place of warmth, camaraderie, and a shared love for fox hunting.
In the Woodbury’s honor, we are carrying forward her legacy by welcoming fellow equestrians to her beloved home, now a hunt box where the traditions of horsemanship, hospitality, and the hunt will live on. May the sound of hoofbeats and the call of the hounds always echo in her memory.
